Instructions for Candidates

• This is a Walk-In Selection process. No prior application is required.
• Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility criteria before appearing for the selection.
• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• The appointment will be on a Fixed Tenure Contract basis.
• Candidates must bring all their original certificates along with self-attested copies for verification.
• Required Documents:
  • Proof of age (Birth Certificate, SSLC certificate, etc.)
  • Qualification certificates (D.Pharm/B.Pharm)
  • Mark sheets
  • Experience certificates
  • Latest salary certificate with break-up
  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Recent passport-size photographs
  • Karnataka State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate (mandatory for obtaining the pharmacy license).
  • Community certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, issued by the concerned Revenue Authorities.
• Failure to produce original certificates will result in disqualification.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
