Why HPR is Mandatory for Pharmacists?
HPR is the official digital registry that integrates registered pharmacists into the national health ecosystem. It ensures professional verification by the State Pharmacy Council (SPC) and provides a seamless digital identity for professional practice.
Registration Process for NEW Users
Follow these detailed steps to register your profile on the Digi-Pharmed portal.
Go to the Digi-Pharmed website and click on the “Pharmacists Registration” tab.
Enter your Mobile Number, SPC Registration Number, Name, and Date of Birth (DOB). If these details match the SPC records, your profile will be marked as SPC VERIFIED.
If the data doesn’t match SPC records, a warning message appears. Click “Proceed” for Aadhaar OTP Verification. Ensure your mobile number is linked to Aadhaar.

After submission, your Username will be displayed and sent via SMS.
Login with your credentials, click “Go to Profile,” and update your Professional details including Qualification, Current Work, and Place of Work.
HPR Process for EXISTING Digi-Pharmed Users
