Position Overview Hiring of Seven (07) Consultants / Young Professionals on a pure contractual basis initially for 01 year, along with preparation of a reserve panel/waitlist for future vacancies. Excellent opportunity for B.Pharm / M.Pharm and allied healthcare graduates.
Nature of Engagement Purely Contractual (Initially 1 year, extendable up to 2 additional years based on performance). Maximum age limit to serve is 65 years.

Detailed Eligibility & Experience Criteria
Position Title Educational Qualification & Desirable Skills Age Limit & Experience
Young Professional (Pharma)
  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from any recognized University (national or foreign).
  • Computer Skills: Good knowledge of working in MS Office, including Excel, with sound communication and analytical skills.
 Max Age: 32 Years
Experience: Candidates with work experience in the field of the Pharmaceuticals sector will be given preference.
Consultant (Medical Device)
  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Clinical / Bio-Medical Engineering / Biotechnology from a recognized University.
  • Desirable: Post Graduation or Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in similar discipline, including M.Pharm / M.S. in Medical Devices Technology.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
 Max Age: 35 Years
Experience: 2 years’ work experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing / Regulatory Affairs / Medical Device Research / Testing Laboratory.
Young Professional (Medical Device)
  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering / Electronics / Instrumentation / Biotechnology from a recognized University.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel.
 Max Age: 32 Years
Experience: Preference given to candidates having experience in the Medical Device / Pharmaceuticals sector.
Consultant (Cost – Grade-II) Chartered Accountant-Intermediate / Cost Accountant (CMA)-Intermediate from ICAI. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel. Max Age: 35 Years
Experience: 1 year (including CA/CMA Internship).
Young Professional (Data Analysis) Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Computer Science / Econometrics / Statistics / Economics from a recognized University. Max Age: 32 Years
Experience: Experience in Data Analysis using E-views, Excel, etc. preferred.

Selection Process & Terms of Engagement
Shortlisting Weightage (Pharma / YP)
  • 12th Class Marks: 30% Weightage
  • Under Graduation (B.Pharm): 40% Weightage
  • Total Shortlisting Score: 70 Marks
Final Merit Evaluation
  • Academic Shortlisting: 70 Marks
  • Personal Interview: 30 Marks
  • Total Score: 100 Marks
  • Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Qualifying in nature. Working knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
Annual Increment & Leave
  • Annual Increment: 5% on initial consolidated fee awarded upon completion of 1 year based on satisfactory performance.
  • Leave Entitlement: 12 days of leave per year (pro-rata basis) besides Gazetted holidays.
  • Maternity Leave: Eligible as per Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017.
Working Hours & Place 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Office: YMCA Cultural Centre Building, New Delhi.
