Interested and eligible candidates may appear in the walk in Interview along with Bio-data, 02 size , with all documents (in original) along with a self attested set of photocopy of requisite certificates viz. Age and Address proof, Qualification certificate, PPO, Last Pay Certificate, PAN card, MBBS Mark sheet and valid certificate and degree.
Note. of candidates without above mentioned shall be deemed to be rejected for walk in interview. Competent authority reserves the right to the vacancies without assigning the reason thereof.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the interview.
