Notification for Pharmacist & Junior Lab Technician (Contract Basis)
Short Information: The District Health & Family Welfare Office, Udupi (Karnataka) has released a recruitment notification (No: Sibbandi(2): 69: 2026-27) to fill vacancies for Pharmacist and Junior Laboratory Technical Officer posts on a contract basis for a period of one year. Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Pharmacist
  • Candidates must have completed D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) from an institution recognized by the Govt of Karnataka.
  • Mandatory: Must be registered with the Karnataka Pharmacy Council (KSPC).
Junior Lab Technician
  • Candidates must have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from an institution recognized by the Govt of Karnataka.
  • Mandatory: Registration with the Paramedical Board is required.
Age Limit Maximum age limit is 45 Years as of the date of notification.

  • SSLC Marks Card (For Age Proof).
  • D.Pharm / DMLT All Semester Marks Cards.
  • Valid Registration Certificate (Pharmacy Council/Paramedical Board).
  • Recent Caste Certificate & Income Certificate.
  • Kannada Medium Certificate (If claiming reservation).
  • Rural Candidate Certificate (If claiming reservation).
  • Physically Handicapped Certificate (If applicable).
  • Aadhaar Card Copy.
  • Passport size photographs.
