Short Information
District Medical & Health Officer (DMHO), Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, has released Notification No. 01/NUHM/2025 for the recruitment of various posts in Urban PHCs under the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM). Applications are invited for Pharmacist Gr-II, Lab Technician Gr-II, and other posts on a Contract/Outsourcing basis. Interested Pharmacy and Life Sciences candidates can apply offline before 31.12.2025.

Payment Mode Demand Draft (DD) in favor of “District Medical & Health Officer, Krishna District”
Age Limit (As on 01.12.2025)
Upper Age Limit 42 Years
Relaxation for SC/ST/BC/EWS +5 Years (Up to 47 Years)
Relaxation for PH Candidates +10 Years (Up to 52 Years)
Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen +3 Years + Length of Service

Vacancy & Qualification Details

Pharmacist Gr-II

  • Must possess SSC or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) OR B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
  • Must be registered with the A.P. Pharmacy Council.
  • Note: Intermediate Vocational course in Pharmacy recognized by Govt of AP is also eligible.
Lab Technician Gr-II
(Contract)		 07 Rs. 23,393/-
  • Must possess SSC.
  • Diploma in MLT OR B.Sc (MLT) from a recognized University/Institute.
  • OR Intermediate Vocational with MLT + 1 Year Apprenticeship.
  • Must be registered in APPMB.
Data Entry Operator
(Outsourcing)		 04 Rs. 18,450/-
  • Any Degree with PG DCA recognized by Technical Board.
  • OR Degree with Computers.
Last Grade Services
(Outsourcing)		 10 Rs. 15,000/-
  • Must have passed SSC or its equivalent.

Method of Selection (Total 100 Marks)

Criteria Weightage / Marks Details
Academic Qualification 75% Based on aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination (D.Pharm/B.Pharm/MLT etc.).
Age Weightage Up to 10 Marks 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring the requisite qualification.
Service Weightage Up to 15% For Contract/Outsourcing service (including COVID-19):
  • Tribal Area: 2.5 marks per 6 months.
  • Rural Area: 2.0 marks per 6 months.
  • Urban Area: 1.0 mark per 6 months.
  • Covid Service: Proportionate weightage for service less than 6 months (0.8 marks/month).

Application Procedure
  1. Download Application: Candidates must download the application form from the official website (link below).
  2. Fill Details: Fill in the application form manually with correct details.
  3. Attach Documents: Attach Self-attested copies of:
    • SSC Certificate (Date of Birth).
    • Qualifying Exam Certificates (Pass cert & Marks memos).
    • AP Pharmacy/Para Medical Council Registration.
    • Caste Certificate / EWS Certificate (if applicable).
    • Study Certificates (4th to 10th Class) for Local Status.
    • Contract Service Certificate (if claiming weightage).
    • Demand Draft (Original).
  4. Submission: Submit the filled application in person at the specified counter.
