Eligibility Criteria for All Applicants

General Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must have passed their Degree/Diploma in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 only. Candidate must possess the final Pass Certificate at the time of application. Candidates with “Appearing”, “Result Awaited”, or pending Back Papers are NOT ELIGIBLE. Candidates with one year or more of work experience are NOT ELIGIBLE. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are NOT ELIGIBLE.

This is a completely OFFLINE application process sent via post. Follow these steps carefully: Step 1: NATS Portal Registration: The first and mandatory step is to register on the NATS 2.0 Portal. Candidates registered on the NATS 1.0 portal will not be considered. Visit www.nats.education.gov.in to get your registration number. Step 2: Download Application Form: Download the official application form from the HAL website (link provided below). Step 3: Fill the Form: Fill out the application form completely and accurately. Affix a recent passport-sized photograph. Step 4: Prepare Documents: Arrange self-attested photocopies of all the documents listed in the table below. Step 5: Send by Post: Send the filled application form along with all enclosures by Normal Post, Speed Post, or Courier to the address below. Ensure it reaches before the last date.
