Job Context:

To support all sections in Lab for smooth running which includes procurement, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory glassware, chemicals & instruments.

Challenges:

Maintaining Lab Safety, Upkeep, Lab Behavior, Instrument maintenance, Reagent maintenance, Glassware maintenance, Logbooks, Documentation, Correct measurement, Maintaining good microbiological practices, Carrying out adequate investigations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Scope of work

Equipment

• Indenting of chemical, glass wares, spares and other operating supplies.
• Management of HPLC and GC columns.
• Management of Laboratory instruments and their calibrations.
• Indenting of reference standard and impurities from different parties.

Standard maintenance

• Qualification of working standards.

Documentation

• Recording of analytical data.
• Responsible for preparation of records of analysis for RM / FP and stability samples.
• Excel sheet validation.

Compliances

• To ensure cGMP and GLP compliance.
• Responsible for monthly review of Quality system and Gap analysis to meet Regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of protocols.

Area maintenance

• Management of laboratory chemicals and their minimum inventory stock.
• To ensure storage and destruction of samples after testing.
• Ensure good housekeeping in the lab
• Checking of instruments usage log books

Skills

• Knowledge of current quality and cGMP practices, literature and applicable professional regulations and theories in field of expertise
• Understanding of cGMP Inspections
• Understanding of the application of MHRA and FDA principles
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to be highly productive with minimal supervision
