Roles and Responsibilities:

• Production Operations: Assist in the manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Equipment Monitoring: Monitor and operate production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Report any deviations or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Quality Control: Participate in quality control activities such as in-process checks, line clearance, and sampling to maintain product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, batch documents, and logbooks in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest measures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality within the production area.
• Training and Development: Actively participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of production processes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to achieve production targets and resolve any issues or challenges.
