The applications should be submitted at O/o District Medical and Health Officer, Rajanna Sircilla by person along with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 300/- for Candidates belonging to general category and Rs. 200/- for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD Category. The Demand Draft (DD) should be taken in the name of District Medical& Health Officer, Rajanna Sircilla District payable at any national bank.
Age limit as per TS. Govt. Norms, selection will be processed according to Govt. Rules and Regulations under the Chairmanship of the Collector & District Magistrate, Rajanna Sircilla.
