| Essential qualifications | The candidate should intermediate/10th Pass with minimum two years of work experience in laboratory animal care and handling. Candidates need to produce the essential documents justifying qualification in the case of selection. |
| Desirable qualifications | Diploma in pharmacy or medical lab technology |
| Fellowship Amount | Rs. 16,000 (consolidated) per month |
| Duration | Two years. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. |
| Age limit | 40 Years (relaxable as per GOI norms for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates). All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI. |

1. The PI has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for an interview to a reasonable limit based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview and no other communications in this regard will be entertained.
3. Original certificates and self-attested copies of all certificates need to be presented before the interview for verification.
