Eligibility Criteria (Essential Qualifications)
1. Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025) and possess a valid score card. Candidates with zero or negative marks in PET are not eligible.Educational Qualification
- Intermediate: Must have passed Intermediate Examination with Biology or Science from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, UP or equivalent.
- Diploma in Pharmacy: Must possess a 02 Years 03 Months Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy from an institution recognized by the UP Government.
- Registration: Must be duly registered with the relevant Pharmacy Council/Authority.
- Preferential Qualification: Service in the Territorial Army for 2 years OR National Cadet Corps (NCC) ‘B’ Certificate.
Age Limit (as of 01-07-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age Relaxation: As per Uttar Pradesh Government rules for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection is based on a Written Examination (Main Exam). Candidates will be shortlisted for the Main Exam based on their PET-2025 scores.
