Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by ICMR, under the supervision of Venkata Vamsi Krishna Venuganti, Department of Pharmacy, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.
Title of the project: Development of a multipurpose diagnostic device based on microporous microneedle patch for minimally invasive sampling and electrochemical detection of glucose, uric acid and thyroid stimulating hormone from interstitial fluid.
Duration of the project: 3 years (18 months of residual time)
Project position and number: 1 JRF position
Fellowship amount: 31,000 per month + 24% HRA
Eligibility requirements: Graduate in biomedical engineering/ microelectronics from a recognized institution with experience in development of electrochemical sensors. Knowledge of materials characterization, 3D printing technique is desirable.
