| Essential qualifications | M.Pharm / M.S. (Pharm.)/M. Tech (Pharm)/M. Tech in Pharmacology/Biotechnology and related disciplines (minimum 55%/equivalent grade) with GATE/GPAT/CSIR-NET or equivalent qualifications. The candidates should have a basic degree in pharmacy (B. Pharm). The candidate should have two years of work experience in relevant fields. Candidates need to produce the essential documents justifying qualification in the case of selection. |
| Desirable qualifications | Candidates with experience in bio-informatics/ in silico drug discovery techniques/animal handling/ pharmacological models/ molecular biology techniques would be preferred. |
| Fellowship Amount | Rs. 42,000 + HRA (as applicable) per month |
| Age limit | 32 Years (relaxable as per GOI norms for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates). All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules. |
Title of the project: Evaluation of Coded drug Ayush Rasayana B for treatment of high-altitude sickness using multi-dimensional drug discovery approach. Duration: Two years. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
