Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Quality Control Analyses On Finished Products, Raw Materials, And Components.
- Operate And Maintain Laboratory Equipment Including Waters HPLC With EMPOWER, GC, IC, UV, IR, Potentiometer, KF, LBPC.
- Ensure Compliance With Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) And Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Standards.
- Review And Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Analytical Methods, And Related Documentation.
- Perform Sampling, Labeling, And Verification Of Equipment/Instruments.
- Analyze Data For Accuracy, Precision, And Trends, Recommending Corrective Actions As Needed.
- Contribute To Continuous Improvement Projects And Manage Time Effectively To Meet Targets.
Education, Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Relevant Field.
- 1 To 5 Years Of Experience.
- Demonstrated Technical Skills In Method Validation And Testing.
- Knowledge Of GMP And GLP Standards.
- Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities.
- Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Experience
- Experience With Analytical HPLC Technique.
- Experience Leading Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Methodologies, And Statistics.
