Important Provisions Governing the Recruitment Process

19. Provisions

• 19.1: There shall be no wait list as per G.O.Ms.No.81, General Administration (Ser.A) Department, dated 22/02/1997. This means that once the selected candidates are finalized, there will be no additional candidates kept in reserve for future appointments.
• 19.2: Unfilled and Non-Joining vacancies will be carried forward to the next recruitment. This provision ensures that any positions that remain vacant after the recruitment process can be included in subsequent recruitment drives, allowing for more opportunities in the future.
• 19.3: The recruitment will be processed in accordance with this notification and as per the rules and instructions issued by the Government from time to time concerning respective special rules/adhoc rules governing recruitment.
