Contract Service Weightage Particulars
- COVID-19 Duties: @ 5.0 Marks per Six Months of Service (0.83 mark per month).
- Tribal Area: @ 2.5 Marks per Six Months of Service.
- Rural Area: @ 2.0 Marks per Six Months of Service.
- Urban Area: @ 1.0 Mark per Six Months of Service.

- Click on “Online Registration” and select the post (Pharmacist/Staff Nurse/MRW).
- Fill in all mandatory details including Mobile Number and Email ID.
- Pay the application fee through the online gateway.
- Upload required documents (SSC, Intermediate, Degree/Diploma, Marks Memos, Registration Certificates, Study Certificates 4th-10th).
- Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
