- Educational Certificates (10th, 12th, B.Pharm/D.Pharm).
- Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate.
- Work Experience Certificate (Min 3 Years).
- Aadhar Card & PAN Card.
- Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Step 4: Submit the application in a sealed envelope to the respective Station Headquarters (ECHS Cell) of the location you are applying for via Speed Post or Hand Delivery.
- Note: Mention “Application for the Post of Pharmacist” clearly on the envelope.
