Age Limit Criteria

Note: The age criteria differs for 10+2 candidates vs. Pharmacy Degree/Diploma holders.

Upper Age Limit on Date of Enrolment:
• 21 Years for 10+2 Candidates.
• 24 Years for Diploma/B.Sc Pharmacy Candidates.

Educational Qualification

Trade Qualification Requirements
Medical Assistant (For 10+2) Passed 10+2 / Intermediate / Equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from a recognized board.
  • Minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Minimum 50% marks in English.
OR
Passed Two Years’ Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English) with 50% aggregate and 50% in English.
Medical Assistant (For Pharmacy Holders)
  1. Passed 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (50% aggregate & 50% in English).
  2. AND
  3. Diploma or B.Sc in Pharmacy from a Govt recognized institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
  4. Must have valid registration from State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at time of enrolment.

Mandatory Medical Standards

Physical Requirements
Height Minimum 152 cm
Chest Minimum 77 cm with expansion of at least 05 cm.
Hearing Normal (Able to hear forced whisper from 6 meters).
Dental Healthy gums, good set of teeth, minimum 14 dental points.
Visual Acuity 6/36 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye. Max Refractive Error: +3.50D (including Astigmatism).
Colour Vision CP-II

Selection Process: Phase-I & II

Phase-I: Online Test

Duration 45 Minutes
Syllabus English (10+2 CBSE Syllabus) + Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA)
Marking Scheme +1 for Correct, 0 for Unattempted, -0.25 for Wrong Answer.

Phase-II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

Pay & Allowances

During Training Stipend of ₹ 14,600/- per month.
After Training Gross emoluments approx ₹ 26,900/- per month (including Military Service Pay).
Additional Benefits Dearness Allowance, Transport Allowance, HRA, CPMA, Leave Ration Allowance, Medical Facilities, CSD Canteen, Group Insurance (₹ 62.5 Lakhs).

    • Passport size color photo (10-50 KB). (Candidate holding black slate with Name & Date of Photo written in white chalk).
    • Candidate’s Signature (10-50 KB).
    • Left Thumb Impression (10-50 KB).
    • Parent’s Signature (if candidate is below 18 years).
    • Mark sheets (10th, 12th, and Diploma/B.Pharm if applicable).
  • Pay the examination fee of ₹ 550/- online.
  • Print the completed application form for future reference.
