The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) has released official notifications for the recruitment of various Medical, Para-Medical (including Pharmacists), and Non-Medical staff on a contractual basis. These vacancies are available at Station HQ Bangalore and Station HQ Jalandhar Cantt for multiple polyclinics. Pharmacy graduates and diploma holders (B.Pharm/D.Pharm) are highly encouraged to apply for these central government-supported roles.

Vacancy Details (Pharmacy & Medical Focus)

1. ECHS Station HQ Bangalore Polyclinics

Polyclinics: Madikeri, BRV Bangalore, Mangalore, Shimoga, Virajpet, Whitefield.

2. ECHS Station HQ Jalandhar Cantt Polyclinics

Polyclinics: Hoshiarpur, Suranassi, Nawanshahr, Garhshankar, Una, Gagret.

Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit

• For Pharmacists: Candidates must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. A minimum of 3 years of work experience is mandatory.
• Work Experience: Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen. However, civil candidates can apply if ESM are not available.
• Age Limit:
  • Pharmacist/Para-Medical: Maximum 56-58 Years.
  • Medical Officers/Specialists: Maximum 63-68 Years.

1. Visit the official website www.echs.gov.in to download the application form.
2. Fill out the application form in the prescribed format.
3. Self-Attested Documents Required:
   • Educational Certificates (10th, 12th, B.Pharm/D.Pharm Degree).
   • Registration Certificate with Pharmacy Council.
   • Experience Certificates.
   • Discharge Book/PPO/Service Records (for ESM).
   • Two passport-size photographs.
4. Submission Addresses:
