Short Information
The Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) has released Advertisement No. 13 of 2025–2026 for a direct recruitment examination for 42 Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted Technical posts. This includes a significant number of vacancies for Pharmacist (Contract), along with other paramedical roles in the Health & Family Welfare Department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official MPSC portal until 11.08.2025.

Educational Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

Pharmacist (Contract)

  • 1. HSSLC (Science) from a recognized Institution.
  • 2. Diploma in Pharmacy or above.
  • 3. Registered Pharmacist under Mizoram State Pharmacy Council.
  • Physical Requirement for PwBD Post: Seeing, walking, reading and writing, communication.

Other Posts

  • Laboratory Technician: B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution.
  • Medical Record Technician: PUC with a six-month training course in Medical Record Technician.
  • X-Ray Technician: B.Sc in Medical Radio-Imaging Technology / Medical Radio-Diagnosis Technology or equivalent.
  • Dialysis Technologist: B.Sc. or above in Renal Dialysis Technology. Desirable: Experience in Dialysis Services.
  • Warden (MCON): B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University.
  • Tutor: B.Sc. (Nursing) and Registered Nurse Midwifery (RNM) under Mizoram Nursing Council.

Common Eligibility Criteria (For All Posts)

  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age on the last date of application (11.08.2025). Upper age limit relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
  • Computer Proficiency: Must possess computer proficiency as prescribed by the Mizoram Group ‘A’,’B’ and ‘C’ posts Service/Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
  • Mizo Language Proficiency: A minimum score in the Mizo Language Proficiency test is required. Candidates who studied Mizo as a subject in Class-X (HSLC) or above are exempted.
